PARIS, France – The 4th “Locally roasted coffees” International Contest AVPA – Paris 2018 takes shape while events of interest are more significant. The partners confirm their support and in particular the International Coffee Organization who was kind enough to send a particularly encouraging letter. See ICO letter.
The main innovation of the 2018 AVPA contest is the opportunity to have your coffees tasted in Amsterdam after being selected and classified in Paris.
If we know all what a good coffee is, we probably give a different assessment in the best coffees according to our gastronomic culture! See article.
The award will be held on October 23rd in Paris, which will allow the happy winners who will pick up their diploma to also visit the SIAL (from 21st to October 25th ) in Paris and then go to the Expreso Trieste (from 25th to October 27th).

Finally, on Monday, October 22, 2018, AVPA will organize its 2nd Congress on the topic of relationships between producers and processors that will take us to meet Normandy milk producers. See introduction.
