LONDON, UK – On Saturday April 17th at 12:00 pm BST 13:00 GMT the London Coffee Festival will host a bonus live edition of the A History of Coffee podcast when the hosts – Jonathan Morris, author of Coffee: A Global History, and James Harper of the Filter Stories podcast channel will be joined by Professor Peter D’Sena to discuss Decolonising Coffee History.
Each sip of coffee we drink is steeped in dark colonial past. The reason we can enjoy it all every morning is because it’s relatively cheap, and many people suffered under European colonizers to create the systems that produce this cheap coffee.
