VALBREMBO, Bergamo, Italy – After acquiring the license for the professional branch of the Gaggia Milano brand three years ago, Evoca Group, world leader in the production of professional coffee machines and one of the main international operators in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, has launched a new range of professional coffee machines, which combine tradition and innovation, epitomising perfectly the founding values of the iconic brand.
Alongside the traditional models, of which La Reale – already certified by the Istituto Espresso Italiano and awarded with the prestigious Good Design Award® 2019 – is the unrivalled flagship, there is also the fully-automatic alternative, which has now been embellished by the addition of a sparkling new product – La Solare.
La Solare enriches the innovative range of fully-automatic Gaggia Milano professional coffee machines, which was launched in 2019 with the ground-breaking La Radiosa. The introduction of La Solare, a medium-high target solution, enlarges the brand’s portfolio for the Ho.Re.Ca. industry.
Resulting from a combination of cutting-edge technological solutions, La Solare is designed to re-focus the spotlight on one of the day’s most important moments: the coffee break. From the early hours of the morning, La Solare enables operators to offer customers drinks that combine the flavour of fresh coffee beans with the creaminess of fresh milk. From coffee shops to pastry shops, from chains in the food sector to the world of hotels, thanks to La Solare, a complete coffee service is now within reach.
La Solare is equipped with Z4000 iX, the innovative coffee group that boasts a heated chamber in stainless steel, which is capable of ensuring better stability in terms of both temperature and performance, cup after cup. Also, thanks to the new milk frothing system, which is designed to dispense high-quality and consistent hot milk-based beverages, La Solare offers a series of advantages, such as the fully automated rinsing and cleaning cycles of its internal components, which reduce the requirement to deploy skilled personnel.
The advantages of this fully-automatic machine apply to both the operator and the final consumer. That’s why the technologies and design of La Solare ensure compliance with all current safety regulations. Coffee APPeal, the free-to-download selection app from Newis, with which customers can enjoy a touchless and safe experience, deserves a special mention. In fact, La Solare simply requires consumers to scan the QR Code displayed on its touchscreen to select and enjoy their desired drink. There is no requirement to enter any personal information, or even touch the machine.
Evoca Group is therefore delighted to open an exciting new chapter in the distinguished history of Gaggia Milano. Even before its official launch, the brand-new La Solare was recognised by a SMART Label, Host Innovation Award, which is bestowed on products and technologies that stand out in the hospitality sector. Promoted by HOST Milano, in partnership with POLI.design and sponsored by ADI, the competition is now in its fifth year and is open to all companies registered to exhibit in the 42nd edition of HOST Fiera Milano.
The SMART Label award is another great source of pride for the Evoca group, following the successful relaunch of the famous Milanese brand. The powerful combination of design and technology has, once again, proved to be a winning one. The two awards won so far therefore vindicate both the approach Evoca adopted, and the path subsequently taken, as the right ones.
La Solare will be officially presented on the occasion of the 42nd edition of Host Milano: see you at the Evoca Group stand (Pav 22, Stand G28K37) from 22nd to 26th October 2021.
