Suggestions include Decaf Tiki Cappuccino, Twisted Bee’s Knees and London Fog.
Starting with the easiest to prepare, London Fog is the perfect tea drink for a moment of
relaxation, with its sweet vanilla notes harmoniously balancing the strong taste of the most classic of teas, black Earl Grey.
Ingredients:
– 12 ml – Vanilla syrup (alternatively one sachet of sugar),
– 1 sachet – Earl Grey tea,
– 40-45 ml – Hot water,
– Frothed hot milk
How to prepare it with S15:
– Pour the vanilla syrup (alternatively a sachet of sugar) into the cup
– In the same cup make a tea concentrate with one Earl Grey tea bag and 45 ml hot water dispensed by the S15
– Leave to infuse for 3-5 min
– Remove the tea bag from the cup and mix the ingredients
– Press the “Milk” button and fill the cup with frothed hot milk
A new interpretation of cappuccino for lovers of spicy flavours: Decaf Tiki Cappuccino
It’s ideal for the autumn months, has decaffeinated coffee as its base and is excellent for an aromatic and exotic tasty break, but without caffeine.
Ingredients:
– 24 ml – Falernum syrup (notes of lime, almond and ginger)
– Frothed milk
– Decaffeinated single espresso
– Cinnamon powder
How to prepare it with S15:
– Pour 2 doses of lime, almond and ginger syrup into the cup (approx. 24 ml)
– Open the decaffeinated coffee slot
– Select cappuccino on the display and dispense the syrup
– Decorate with cinnamon powder
Twisted Bee’s Knees, a timeless recipe given a modern twist, is a combination of a classic Bee’s Knees and the Espresso Tonic, a drink that stands out for its balance of citrus, honey, alcohol and coffee; a refreshing and pleasant drink to make on special occasions and with friends.
Ingredients:
– Double espresso
– 3.5 cl – Honey syrup
– 5 cl – Lemon juice
– 5 cl – Gin
– Ice
– 1 indian tonic water
How to prepare it with S15:
– Make a double espresso by selecting the button on the S15 display
– Mix the honey syrup, lemon juice and gin so that they are well blended and use them as a base for the cocktail
– Fill a tall glass with ice
– Add the tonic water to the glass, leaving 2 cm from the rim
– Finish the drink by pouring the espresso directly over the tonic water
