MILAN – BIEPI shared important news at HostMilano 2021: the launch of two new professional espresso machines, Origin and Uptown, designed by Whynot studio (www.whynot-design.com). They represent the maximum expression of BIEPI’s new aesthetic language: a mix of emotion and elegance, with natural materials such as wood alternating with black and stainless steel surfaces.
BIEPI Origin
BIEPI Origin is a specialty espresso machine that blends elements of the industrial and design worlds, and has the ability to stir emotions and stand out while integrating harmoniously into any interior design. The main body is chromatically divided between the black top half, where the displays are orderly and elegantly placed, and the bottom half in brushed stainless steel, where the height-adjustable tray is located.
Four oak legs lift the machine, giving it dynamism and completing the color palette that identifies BIEPI: black, stainless steel and wood. The knurled levers, the steam wands and the external groups keep the volume of the machine as slender as possible, conferring value and brightness thanks to the chromed steel.

The independent groups allow temperature management with absolute precision thanks to a new technology. Pressure profiles can be programmed independently for each group. The automatic steam function with temperature management allows customized milk frothing.
BIEPI Uptown
BIEPI Uptown is a traditional espresso machine with a modern look, envisioned as a decor piece for café owners seeking innovation combined with uniqueness and elegance. It is characterized by a sleek, matte black body and walnut wood accessories.
The top portion in brushed stainless steel confers light and refinement. The functions, which include a shot timer, counters, programmable pre-infusion times, boiler temperature setting, switch on and stand-by programming, and cleaning and maintenance programming, make this traditional machine a state-of-the-art product in terms of design and technology.
