MILAN – Today is the annual celebration of International Women’s Day, a global movement that amplifies the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias and calls on all of us to take collective action towards a more equitable world.

One small action you can take in honor of International Women’s Day is to make a gift to IWCA. As a global organization, we help the members of our 30 country chapter network achieve empowerment through leadership development, strategic partnership, and amplified market visibility.

Partnerships with organizations like the International Labour Organization and International Trade Centre have provided opportunities for chapter members to attend trainings on critical topics like workplace safety and financial literacy.

This International Women’s Day, help us #BreakTheBias for women in the global coffee community by investing in IWCA.
