RIMINI, Italy – ´A journey that starts from the green and reaches the cup´, is the spirit of ´ CoffeExperts ´, the new Bazzara book edited by the brothers Andrea and Marco, presented for the first time nationally at Sigep – ´The Dolce World Expo ´by Italian Exhibition Group, at the Rimini fair.
CoffeExperts speaks of culture, progress and sustainability, but also and above all of emotions and sensations related to the coffee experience.
The Minister of Agricultural, Environmental and Forestry Policies Stefano Patuanelli was the author of the afterword,
The Bazzara family has been working for generations to support the human and productive quality of the coffee supply chain, the flagship of food and wine culture and an authentic expression of the best Made In Italy in the rest of the world.
Leafing through the pages of the volume, the path of the drink starts from its growing areas, analyzes the characteristics of the plantations, passes through the trade of global ports through the free port of Trieste and affects the lifestyle of our country ´.
This is the message that the Minister wished to deliver to Franco Bazzara, president of Bazzara Espresso for presentation to Sigep.
CoffeExperts can be purchased in the company eShop and on the Bazzara Espresso Amazon page. It will also be available at selected bookstores, trade fairs and in the best coffee academies and schools throughout the country.
