HAMBURG, Germany – Following the success of Host 2021 in Milan, Gruppo Cimbali, one of the leading manufacturers of professional machines for making coffee and milk-based drinks, as well as coffee shop equipment, is starring at Internorga, one of Europe’s leading events in the foodservice and hospitality sector. Presenting the latest industry trends, with a completely restyled exhibition concept featuring the “Back to the Future!” slogan, the event is a perfect opportunity to meet face-to-face following the pandemic hiatus, offering a busy programme of competitions and special initiatives.
Internorga
Gruppo Cimbali is enthusiastically participating at Internorga with a dedicated stand (Hall A1, Stand 212), showcasing products from its 4 brands to allow people to discover and try out the latest products: Faemina and LaCimbali M200. The Slayer brand also has its own exhibition space dedicated to its iconic American-made products.
Gruppo Cimbali’s flagship at the fair will be two professional machines that set new design standards: Faemina, the new machine with a unique, exclusive design for the home bar and small business segment.
For a premium coffee experience that can be enjoyed directly at home accompanied by the new Faema Touch&Match coffee grinder ideal for domestic use and La Cimbali M200, the new top-of-the-range model with a timeless design that perfectly combines elegance and Italian craftsmanship: the best of LaCimbali technology packed into a single machine.
The complete range of La Cimbali fully automatic machines is on show, starting with the S15, the latest addition to the range. Practical, compact and ideal for any location, the S15 is perfect for offices, hotels and small businesses, such as convenience stores, bakeries and quick service restaurants.
There is also a strong focus on connectivity and innovation at the Group’s stand, presenting the range of services offered by Gruppo Cimbali, such as Art.IN.Coffee, the platform designed to process data with the aim of obtaining advanced information on drink consumption, monitoring of the machines’ main operating parameters and information to optimise energy savings.
Important new developments in terms of services and innovation, presented as a world premiere during Host 2021, include the Global Remote Service Program, in collaboration with TeamViewer, the first connectivity software that allows remote interaction with the machine to optimise after-sales service and the customer experience.
This software is used for the Group’s entire range of fully automatic models. Finally, as one of the sponsors of the Future Live Networking Lounge Café, hosted by dfv Hotel-und Gastromedien, La Cimbali will take part in a series of interesting Chef Talks for the Food & Beverage sector.
The stand will also host famous baristas such as Christian Ullrich, who will skilfully demonstrate how to make the most of Faemina to enjoy real Italian coffee at home, just like in a bar.
