CHIGNOLO D’ISOLA, Italy – After a successful Mice, Carimali is ready to fly far away from Europe again to strengthen his presence in the APAC region. It’s the turn of Singapore, where Carimali, from October 25 to October 28, will attend Food&HotelAsia (FHA), an important exhibition that brings together most of the players in the hospitality industry.
It will be the opportunity to officially launch VEA Brew Hive Singapore, the distribution company of the Group, established in December 2021, aimed to lead the Group’s expansion into the Asia-Pacific region by providing a direct link to all customers and creating synergies with local partners.

Furthermore, VBH Singapore will bolster business relations with distributors and roasters, both local and international. VBH Singapore will participate in FHA with two of the Group’s brands: Carimali and Elektra.
The SilverTwin range will be the key player of the Exhibition. It completes the Carimali fully-automatic machines portfolio. Made by two models, SilverTwin and SilverTwin Plus, the newcomer is targeted at horeca, where consumers ask for different beverages of the highest quality.
Even if they have the same design, the two models differ in one specific feature, which makes them ideal for different locations.
The SilverTwin range
SilverTwin is equipped with a brewing unit with a capacity of 16 g, and the version with fresh milk and powders is perfect for breakfast services, lounges, and offices, where the design and the possibility to dispense a wide variety of drinks are essential.
SilverTwin Plus further emphasizes the concept of the customization of the beverage. It can deliver long drinks prepared with up to 32 g of coffee, but it also allows consumers to use two different types of coffee in the same beverage to create their tailored blend.
On the contrary, if used with a lower amount of coffee, the frequency of maintenance is reduced.
For these reasons, SilverTwin Plus is the perfect solution for those high-volume locations that offer different types of coffee and want to guarantee the best in-cup result.
The two models have some features in common, such as the 10’’ touch screen that makes beverage customization easy and intuitive and the spout clearance of 200 mm that allows using big cups for long beverages.
CARImilk Plus
In addition, both versions are fitted with CARImilk Plus, the enhanced milk system that, with the steam boiler, guarantee constancy in term of doses and a high level of quality.
Two versions of the brewing unit are available: CARIbrew M, with a brewing chamber from 7 to 10 g, optimized for espresso, and CARIbrew L, from 9 to 16 g, for those markets that prefer long drinks.
As with all fully-automatic machines, the whole range is equipped with CARIcare, the IoT system entirely developed by Carimali.
It allows real-time control of dispensing data, quick response in case of alarms, and remotely editing of all the machine parameters, significantly reducing the total cost of ownership.
Furthermore, if the machine is connected to CARIcare, the end-user can also take advantage of touchless functionality that allows him to create, customize and select the drink using his device without touching the machine display.

SilverAce Plus
FHA will be the opportunity to show also SilverAce Plus, the fully-automatic machine launched in the previous months. Developed from the strengths of the current Armonia, it is perfect for breakfast services, VIP lounges, and gas stations, with a daily throughput of 200 cups. SilverAce is the suitable trade-off between speed quality and reliability.
In addition to the news of the Silver line primarily focused on horeca, Carimali decided to show BlueDot 26 Plus that, like all the machines belonging to the Blue Line, is mainly targeted at OCS.
BlueDot 26 Plus is a compact fully automatic designed to make the interaction with the machine as easier as possible both from the user’s and technician’s perspective.
With the smallest footprint on the market, it is perfectly suitable with small offices, small breakfast rooms, and B&B with a daily throughput between 50 and 75 drinks. Two versions are available: beans and fresh milk or coffee and two powders.
There is also space for traditional machines such as Bubble and Cento, which are the machines branded La Carimali most appreciated by the Asian Market. These two models are different in design and for some technical features: Cento has square shapes while Bubble is well recognizable for the sides and coffee groups’ original rounded shapes. Besides, Bubble can be equipped with cool touch steam wands.
These two machines are perfect for coffee shops, kiosks, and restaurants, also in the Asian and Pacific Region.
