CHICAGO, US – November 10, 2014 – NAMA announced today that it has appointed Mike Kelley, of Quality Brokerage, Inc., to the new role of Vice Chairman for its Emerging Leaders Network (ELN).
“Mike has been involved with the ELN from the start and has shown initiative through the Steering Committee and Social Media Task Force,” said Roni Moore, NAMA Vice President of Marketing and Communications. “His leadership, enthusiasm and proactive efforts to help enhance and build ELN make him a great choice for this new role.”
Kelley began working for Quality Brokerage, Inc. at the age of 20 and has learned the vending business from the street level up. In his first role at Quality Brokerage, he worked directly with vending operators riding routes, filling machines and getting to know the day-today needs of customers.
He moved to the broker side of the business and became an account manager, covering Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware for seven years.
Today, Kelley is the Director of Sales and Business Development for Quality Brokerage and the Account Executive for New Jersey and parts of New York. He has served on the Tri State AMC Board of Directors for four years as well as its Executive Committee.
In addition to his roles in the ELN, Kelley’s NAMA involvement includes completing the Executive Development Program at Michigan State University in 2013 and attending the 2014 Public Policy Conference in Washington, D.C.
