In recent years, it has become always more important for coffee roasters to focus on sustainability and in particular the reduction of emissions into the atmosphere.

Many companies are investing in machinery aimed at delivering efficiency and sustainability, especially looking for low-energy consuming technologies with limited impact on the environment, still ensuring high productivity and quality.

IMF keeps investing in research to develop innovative, cutting-edge technologies with an eye to environmental issues.

Unique in their kind, the Occhiobello-based company’s roasters have a double-function combustion chamber, using a single burner both for necessary roasting heat generation and for the abatement of emissions, resulting in reduced gas consumption.

The IMF team will be glad to help you discovering all the technological features of its roasters at booth number 151, hall D1 at Sigep from 21st to 25th January.
