OAKVILLE, ON – Tim Hortons Inc. yesterday (Dec. 8, 2014) provided additional details of its previously announced special meeting of shareholders to vote upon the proposed arrangement with Burger King Worldwide and certain affiliates.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2014. A live audio webcast will be available at www.timhortons-invest.com under the Events and Presentations tab.
