PORTLAND, Oregon – Cimbali Group, one of the leading manufacturers of professional machines for making coffee and milk-based drinks, as well as coffee shop equipment, participated in the annual Sca Expo in Portland, Oregon on April 21-23, 2023. They launched their new Faemina machine in the US for the first time and showcased top of the line machines from all four brands in its portfolio.

Cimbali Group was present at two booths: one dedicated to its Faema, LaCimbali, and Casadio brands (booth #2457), and the other dedicated to its Slayer brand (booth #1457). On display was Faema’s Faemina, President GTi and E71E, La Cimbali’s M200 and S20, and Casadio’s Undici A/2 Compact. At the Slayer booth, attendees were able to demo the Steam EP and the Steam LP. Slayer’s partners were also brewing coffee off their Slayer Espresso V3.
The Faemina, a high-performing Faema machine popular around the world, made its US debut at SCA Expo Portland. The Faemina is a unique machine, exclusive in its aesthetics while combining innovation and design, offering an excellent quality performance for both coffee experts and all who desire an emotional, high-quality coffee experience.
The Faema President GTI is a professional espresso machine with extensive customization options, boasting total thermal stability thanks to its independent boilers. Its unique, high-tech design gives every space it occupies a strong identity that stands out among the crowd.
The Faema E71E model, on the other hand, can manage different coffee varieties, respecting specific temperatures. Its advanced control system ensures the perfect balance of thermal stability and coffee infusion times, bringing out the very best in each cup’s unique flavor profiles.
LaCimbali’s M200 is highly functional with an automatic brewing system, making it possible to brew filtered coffee using a precisely programmed function that perfectly mimics manual techniques required for dedicated filtered coffee devices.
The fully automatic LaCimbali S20 can create 96 possible customized recipes and is guaranteed to last up to 200 cups a day. Conversely, Casadio’s Undici A/2 Compact is designed for that which a simple and easy professional service is required: small businesses, restaurants, and offices.
The Slayer Steam EP is easy to program and elevates ‘entry-level’ to a higher standard, perfect for multi locations and chain cafes. Also featured was the Slayer Steam LP, which adds easy to use pressure profiling. Its novel interface allows easy volumetric “recording” of manually prepared shots that can be consistently “replayed” all day. The coffees being served on the Slayer Espresso V3 benefits from Slayer’s proprietary Needle Valve, which allows the barista to precisely control the flow rate of water throughout the duration of the shot, a feature unique to this model.
