BSCA has opened registration for its Training Course for Q-Graders, who are coffee tasters qualified, controlled and professionally trained by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI).
With seating for 24, the first course will be held from March 23 to 28, 2015, from 8 AM to 6 PM, and will have Trish Rothgeb, from CQI, as leading instructor, and Joel Shuler, from Casa Brasil, as assistant instructor. The investment for BSCA members is R$3800, whereas for non-members the value is R$4300.
BSCA will also hold Q-Grader Calibration on March 30, from 8 AM to 6 PM, under the instruction of the same professionals as the training course. The investments are R$550 for BSCA members and R$700 for non-members.
For students who have already taken the Q-Grader course and need to redo their exams, the Association also offers openings for retakes, at the values of R$160 for members and R$180 for non-members.
