Rhea Women Spark, a training projects that starts with women

MILAN, Italy – Aligned with its principles of social sustainability and corporate welfare, Rhea has recently launched the Rhea Women Spark project, a training course that enhances the employees’ soft skills and encourages greater sharing of corporate knowledge and expertise.

The project, led by Professor Lorenza Angelini, saw in its first phase the participation of 15 women representatives from each department, who were involved in activities and workshops to develop their skills, acquire more self-awareness and learn how to better live life in the company, working as a team.

The second part of the course sees the participants put their acquired knowledge into practice, becoming team leaders of projects aimed at implementing initiatives to improve everyone’s lives, both from a company and personal point of view, and which will also create new perspectives for the achievement of company goals.

Each team will consist of corporate figures from all Rhea departments, so that everyone can get involved and make their own contribution.
