CESENA, Italy – REPA – The Spare Parts Group will soon be present as exhibitor at World of Coffee 2023 in Athens, which will be held from 22 to 24 June. To mark the occasion, we report below the interview with Gilberto Guidi, Group Director Professional Coffee REPA. Guidi focuses on the innovations that the Group will present at the event and the support offered to the coffee community.
Guidi, what’s new for REPA?
“The first novelty is really included in our branding: from March 1st, 2023 REPA has become a Parts Town Unlimited Company, where “Unlimited” stands for emphasizing the endless growth possibilities we offer to our foodservice equipment and coffee machine manufacturer partners.”
Can you tell us more about what you mean by the possibility of growth?
“Thanks to the experience that our parent company Parts Town, the American global leading distributor of OEM spare parts for foodservice equipment, has brought as a dowry to REPA, we are able to offer an ever-widening range of original parts to our customers, guaranteeing safety, quality and compliance with manufacturer standards.
Through our network of European distribution centers, we guarantee 24-hour delivery in Europe and the UK. Our network also includes a warehouse in Shanghai and one in Australia, which handles only 100% original spare parts. Thanks to the REPA high-level service, we ensure equipment uptime (the continued functionality of the equipment) as their repair can take place very quickly. We also guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction and a very important return in terms of reputation for our partner.

What a curious name. What does it refer to?
“If we stop and think for a moment, all our work as professionals in the coffee machine industry (creatives, designers, engineers, manufacturers, spare parts producers, roasters, repair technicians) revolves around a world, the one enclosed in a coffee bean. A very complex universe that holds great opportunities, but also presents great criticalities throughout the supply chain.
Starting from this image, we at REPA have created a concept, the World of Beans, which is an ideal solution for all the players in this complex world.”
What exactly does this solution consist of?
“It’s all about one-stop solutions:
- A single point of supply of spare parts for various types of coffee machines
- A single price list
- A dedicated customer care
