BRUSSELS, Belgium – The Association of Ukrainian Vending and Coffee Service Operators (UVSCA) has joined the European Vending & Coffee Service Association (EVA). The UVSCA mission is to create a stable and successful vending and coffee service community in Ukraine, where everyone can get the necessary knowledge, support and opportunities to realize their entrepreneurial dreams.
The Association strives to achieve development and advancement of the industry, contributing to the mutual growth and success of its members.
The newly-created UVSCA has decided to join the EVA as a strategic step to meet the needs and goals in the development of the vending and coffee industries in Ukraine.
Through cooperation with the EVA, the Association has the opportunity to communicate with recognised specialists and industry leaders, help development of the Ukrainian industry and exchange best practices and attract innovative solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of its activities.
From joining the EVA, the UVSCA aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and expertise, the development of joint projects and programmes, as well as to support lobbying and protection of the interests of the industry at the national and international levels.
Erwin Wetzel welcomed UVSCA to the pan-European industry family, commenting, “I am pleased to see UVSCA join the EVA and I warmly welcome them.
It is obviously not an easy time for vending operators – nor the population as a whole – in Ukraine at the moment (as was starkly demonstrated at EVEX last year) so it’s impressive to see the creation of the Association and its push for the development of the industry there.
The EVA will be able to share detailed knowledge, trends and legislative changes with UVSCA which can help Ukrainian operators make vital and sound investments for the future.”
UVSCA is based in Kyiv and joins the EVA as a Full Member (National Association).
