MELBOURNE, Australia – From August 14 to 20, Melbourne will once again be host to Melbourne Coffee Week. Delivered by the same team behind the 2023 Melbourne International Coffee Expo (Mice), Melbourne Coffee Week aims to help the local coffee scene grow and increase local café brand awareness right across the week of Mice.
Current 2023 event schedule:
- Australia’s Richest Barista on August 17,18 and 19 from 10am-5pm at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre
- 2 Brews & a Lie on August 17 from 5pm – 8pm at 38 Breese St, Brunswick VIC 3056
- Loveramics Latte Art Smackdown on August 17 from 6 pm – 9 pm at 6/51 Moreland Rd, Coburg
- Australian Coffee Roasters Networking Breakfast on August 18 from 7:30am – 9:30am at 281 Albert St Brunswick, VIC 3056
- Barista Brawl – Veneziano Coffee Roasters on August 18 from 5:30pm – 9pm at 16 River Street Richmond
- Monin Coffee Creativity Cup 2023 Final on August 18 from 7 pm – 9 pm at 1 Nelson St, Abbotsford
“Melbourne Coffee Week showcases the very best of the Melbourne coffee scene each year,” says Lauren Winterbottom, event organiser for Melbourne Coffee Week. “We are thrilled to be able to share such wonderful events with the coffee industry and coffee lovers alike, who want to experience all the coffee that Melbourne has to offer.”
Melbourne Coffee Week will culminate in MICE2023, which is being held from 17-19 August at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
MICE features over 100 exhibitors from every facet of the coffee and café supply industry, including coffee roasters, espresso machines, grinders, dairy and dairy alternatives, finance and POS solutions, furniture and more.
“As always, Melbourne Coffee Week will feature Australia’s only dedicated coffee expo, MICE,” says Lauren. “MICE really provides the perfect end to a week of coffee obsession.”
Listing an event as part of Melbourne Coffee Week is free for businesses and individuals. Any voluntary contributions will be donated to MICE’s official Charity Partner, StreetSmart, and the CafeSmart program which isworking to fight homelessness.
