BANGKOK, Thailand – The results of The Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Awards to be revealed at a glittering Gala Dinner to be hosted by Airports of Thailand on 13 September.
The dinner forms the culmination of The FAB + Hospitality Conference & Awards 2023, an event making a welcome return in physical format for the first time since pre-pandemic 2019. For details on how to register for FAB and the programme line-up, click here.

The Moodie Davitt Report Founder & Chairman Martin Moodie said, “The Airport Coffee of Tea category is a perennially popular one in the FAB Awards, reflecting the anchor status of a coffee and tea offer within any airport’s food & beverage footprint. Our shortlist – drawn from a very long list! – represents a variety of concepts and market positionings, all characterised by an encouraging passion for the product itself and an acute understanding of the culture of coffee.”
“Food to go is a sector that grew in popularity during the pandemic and which – assisted by the dumbing down of inflight meals on many airlines – has rapidly evolved into a take-on opportunity as well. Lots of interesting entries here but the shortlist represents those which most captured the imagination of our judges casting themselves as fast-moving travellers through an airport. ”
The nine judges (see below) have worked assiduously since nominations closed, carefully evaluating almost 250 top-class entries from around the world.
