BELFORTE DEL CHIENTI, Macerata (Italy) – Nuova Aurelia is born: the professional espresso machine that, thanks to its reactive technology, high productivity capacity and consistent results in the cup, offers chains, roasters and restaurants a smooth workflow. Nuova Aurelia marks an important milestone in the long history of the Aurelia product range, which since 2003 has further strengthened the Nuova Simonelli brand in the world.

Nuova Simonelli presents the Nuova Aurelia

Nuova Aurelia presents itself as a solid workstation, capable of dispensing a very extensive menu of drinks, with boosted automation for a really fast workflow, and with great attention being paid to the economic and environmental sustainability of each shop.

With Nuova Aurelia, every step of the preparation process of any beverage can be automated and set to achieve the desired standards with new technologies and new solutions that speed up operations.

Machine-Grinder Communication, for example, is technology that allows you to store the recipe directly in the portafilter. Both the machine and the grinder recognize the portafilter and automatically dispense the dose of ground coffee and the correct recipe in the cup.

The barista can stay completely calm, preparation times are reduced, waste is avoided and the result is excellent quality drinks. In addition, for grinding and extraction, data sharing via Bluetooth between the machine and the grinder enables some automatic adjustments and provides useful feedback to the barista to ensure consistent quality in the cup.

Among the novelties of Nuova Aurelia, there is also the electronic steam knob that replaces the push & pull levers. The steam knob, which incorporates the electronic control of the steam itself, is made of aluminium and further simplifies and speeds up the operation: just press to activate or deactivate the steam.

Nuova Simonelli is also introducing new milk technology that automates and simplifies work.

E-Milk Technology provides automatic frothing of milk or plant-based drinks at the temperature and with the dose of cream as specified in the recipe. The innovative scope of this new technology lies in its sensors that automatically activate the steam wand and in the recipe selection directly from the steam knob display without having to change the settings on the main touchscreen display.

E-Milk technology includes wand position and milk presence sensors: when the wand is in resting position, the automatic purge, for example, can be set, whereas when immersed in milk, it can start frothing by activating the main recipe. These solutions are useful not only to speed up the workflow, but also to automatically carry out the cleaning procedures to ensure durability of the coffee machine.

To meet the various needs of coffee and non-coffee-oriented chains, roasters, restaurants and hotels, Nuova Aurelia has six different configurations. For premises that are very attentive to quality, Nuova Aurelia MP guarantees maximum control and temperature stability thanks to MP technology that features in the version name.

MP technology guarantees high performance with lower energy consumption with its instantaneous heating system and special boiler insulation. Just set the temperature from the display to obtain consistent results.

Nuova Aurelia UX makes it possible to prepare several drinks at the same time, ensuring high quality and consistency for each cup, thanks to UX technology. UX is single-boiler technology to which Nuova Simonelli engineers have added a thermostatic mixer that stabilizes the water temperature from the boiler to each group with less installed power and maximum ease of use for the operator.

Once the temperature of each group has been set, the operator’s work is automated: the machine manages everything else while keeping the temperature stable until the preparation of each drink is complete.

Nuova Aurelia Volumetric and Nuova Aurelia Semiautomatic guarantee consistent performance, simplified maintenance and ease of use. Both versions come with (XT version) or without a touchscreen display and E-Milk technology.

Nuova Aurelia is a coffee machine designed for environments with high staff rotation: it is extremely intuitive, easy to use and requires very little time for staff training. The ease of use of this machine and its ergonomics ensure less physical stress and maximum operator comfort.

Nuova Aurelia has also been designed with great attention to the economic and environmental sustainability of each shop.

Optimizing and automating the workflow, in fact, means ensuring high productivity, reducing waste and obtaining the best results throughout the day. The Nuova Aurelia boilers are also insulated with special material which reduces heat loss and thus saves energy. Weekly programming allows daily on/off switching to be set, a single group can also be turned off at times of lower influx of customers.

Nuova Aurelia is a machine created to offer performance, productivity and simplicity and therefore to optimize and automate the workflow of all coffee and non-coffee-oriented chains, roasters and restaurants that need a versatile tool able to contribute to the growth of their business.
