Heylo, the induction-based coffee solutions company with an energy efficiency approach

Heylo's entire process is based on honesty and transparency, and their goal is to strive for a better approach to sustainability without striving for perfection. Besides the energy saving, which can go up to 90% depending on the usage of the modules, Heylo has a unique feature that makes it stand out - its modular design. It has separate modules, one for milk and another for coffee. This modular system allows the baristas to perform best during the coffee extraction and milk frothing processes. Another significant benefit of this modular design is creating different workflows based on specific needs, as the modules can be attached with magnets

Besides the energy saving, which can go up to 90% depending on the usage of the modules, Heylo has a unique feature that makes it stand out – its modular design. It has separate modules, one for milk and another for coffee.

This modular system allows the baristas to perform best during the coffee extraction and milk frothing processes. Another significant benefit of this modular design is creating different workflows based on specific needs, as the modules can be attached with magnets.

The coffee module provides full-brewing control, resulting in higher-quality extraction. You can set different temperatures (40 to 97C) and pressures during the various extraction phases. Additionally, water freshness is ensured as the contact with heavy metals is reduced.

The milk module is equipped with valves that introduce air, whereas other systems utilize steam in a closed circuit to foam and heat milk. Heylo’s waterless milk formula provides a premium smooth texture suitable for latte art and yields excellent outcomes with non-dairy milk.

Heylo has recently launched a new platform called lessguilty.coffee. The platform is essentially an online map that allows coffee consumers to find sustainable initiatives in the coffee world.

Through this platform, Heylo aims to build a strong coffee community, from roasters to coffee shops. The idea is to share initiatives with the final coffee consumers and promote sustainability in the coffee industry.
