SHANGHAI – Cimbali Group, with its new identity and new business approach, offers a diversified range of products and services across different segments. Following the successful launch of the corporate rebranding on the HOST stage in Milan, Cimbali Group is now also presenting its new Group identity in China with its full range of brands: LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer, Keber and Casadio.
Hotelex is one of the most important trade fairs for the hospitality industry and offers participating companies the opportunity to present themselves to a wide audience of experts through a dedicated area on the event website.
Conscious of the rapidly growing Chinese market, Cimbali Group is participating at Hotelex 2024 with great enthusiasm.
During the days of the event, Cimbali Group will illustrate its new vision that prioritises people’s needs and outlines the guidelines for a more integrated approach to business: the focus of the offer is no longer just espresso machines but also, and above all, the value-added services that a professional or coffee lover acquires when choosing a Cimbali Group brand product.
The focus is on the group’s strong segments – cafés and hotels, chain and convenience stores, offices and homes – which are represented by the LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer and Casadio brands. The Italian multinational group is also increasingly opting for an all-round service approach so as to provide its customers with the best possible support, offering additional services even after purchase of the machine.
One of the highlights is the new La Cimbali brand machine, the M40, which looks to the future with its cutting-edge technology and automatic functions. Combined with a high-quality design, the machine also impresses with its high energy efficiency and completely new thermal technology, which guarantees high-quality coffee in the long term.
In addition to the traditional machines, the stand also features LaCimbali M200, a top-of-the-range machine that is both innovative and sustainable at the same time, together with the new G50 grinder-doser, the fully automatic S15, S20, S30 and S60 machines, as well as the S-Lite (LaCimbali).
Under the Faema brand you can admire the iconic Faema E61, the brand’s design emblem for more than 60 years, the Faema E71E, the multitasking machine designed for baristas, and the Faema President, which recalls the contours and shapes of the glorious President while offering state-of-the-art technology with guaranteed thermal regulation of each individual unit with the Thermobalance system.
The stand also features Faemina, the espresso machine that is perfect for the home and small business segment such as boutiques, bistros and concept stores. Its customisable design makes Faemina the perfect product to fit into any context, from the most modern coffee shop to the most classic kitchen.
The event also features Slayer with Slayer Espresso, which, with its superior advanced technology, makes it possible to extract an excellent espresso in terms of flavours and sensations. Slayer EP, the dream machine for every barista, and finally the Steam LP, which provides incredible control and precision through its pressure profile and repeatability functions.
With the Casadio brand, which is represented by the Nettuno machine together with the new Enea grinder-doser, Cimbali Group also covers the entry-level segment of the market. Ideal for small hotels and bed&breakfasts, the machine features a sleek, compact design and is easy to use even for non-professionals thanks to its Easy Steam milk frothing system.
During the event, Cimbali Group’s stand will present the main digital solutions, one of the fundamental pillars of the evolution of the company, which strives to guarantee professionals, and therefore also end customers, the best possible service for high-quality performance and maximum customisation with respect to the needs of the target market.
The digital solutions presented include Art.IN.Coffee, a data processing platform designed to obtain advanced information on drink consumption, monitoring the machines’ key operating parameters and useful information to optimise energy savings; touchless interaction with Cup4you, the innovative application which, through a Wi-Fi connection, offers a new interaction with the fully automatic machines for an intuitive and interactive experience in customising and ordering your drink via a personal device.
Moreover, in 2019, the Group acquired Keber, which has a production plant in Dolo, in the province of Venice. Keber has been active in the coffee market for 30 years, designing and manufacturing burrs for the best Italian and international brands in the sector. Taking a tailor-made approach as digital milling artisans, each Keber product is custom-made to meet every customer’s specific requirements, and the customer is involved from the design stage of the final product to mass production. All to achieve maximum productivity and quality in the cup.
