MILANO, Italy – Venditalia 2024, from 15 to 18 May at Fieramilano Rho, is the stage chosen by Gimoka Group to present news and solutions for the Food Service, Vending, and Home channels. The Italian hot beverage company, leader in the vending sector, brings to the fair a wide catalogue of new products under the Gimoka and Caffè Mauro brands, within a 150 square metre stand divided by types of products and brands. The aim is to present a set of innovations that can capture new consumer trends in a dynamic sector such as that of food & beverage.
Vending: two new lines of soluble plant-based and low-sugar beverages
Several novelties interest the Gimoka Group‘s proposal for Automatic Distribution: the first, aimed at the flexitarian segment, includes a wide range of 100% vegetable soluble beverages (Chocolate, Ginseng, Matcha and Chai) totally free of fats and animal ingredients. This is a real innovation for the vending world, which will allow managers to differentiate themselves and reach new consumer targets.
In line with this philosophy, the new line of low-sugar drinks will also be presented, representing the answer to the growing demand for products suitable for healthier diets. The main challenge of the soluble R&D division of Gruppo Gimoka was to develop a line of beverages with a high sensory profile but able to meet the needs of those who wish to limit their sugar intake.
 Always in the wake of innovation, but with the aim of elevating the customer experiences of the final consumer, it will be possible to interact, inside the stand, with the Vending Machine in Touch less mode, thus purchasing the desired products without pressing any buttons, simply by pointing to the screen.
Gimoka enriches the Disk Professional range
Among the novelties, the expansion of the Nespresso Disk Professional range with Gimoka brand, which is enriched with 3 flavoured coffee products (Caramel, Vanilla and Hazelnut), enriching and completing the menu of proposals and sensory experiences also for those users / activities that, despite not having high volumes, wish to offer a high quality and constant coffee menu over time.
Among the proposals of the Group that arouse particular interest from the market, that of the hotellerie is confirmed, with an offer that is characterized by a proposal of complete professional services able to respond to the various and specific needs expressed by professional customers. The offer is centred on coffee, soluble drinks and fruit juice; a proposal that represents a synergistic result of the correct equipment, the expertly developed ingredient and the pre- and post-sales activities.
Caffè Mauro: a totally renewed proposal for both the Food Service and the home
Caffè Mauro, the Italian roasting company included in the ministerial register of historical brands, presents itself at Venditalia with a renewed catalogue both in the Food Service channel and in the Casa channel, the result of an in-depth work of refinement of the mixtures and a specific positioning for each channel.
The brand will maintain the “Roasting” pay-off in the Professional sector, as proof of the consolidated know-how. In fact, since 1949, it has carefully selected and individually toasted the origins from all over the world, subsequently mixing them with mastery. The catalogue is further expanded, with regard to the range dedicated to Ho.re.ca.
Above all, it is enriched with a new line dedicated to Automatic Distribution and a new multi-beverage solution for offices and small leases. For the Vending, Caffè Mauro has developed two bean blends that are already gaining the appreciation of operators: Espresso Forte and Espresso Pieno, also available in the most popular portioned systems.
In particular, the new multi-beverage system “Mauro Club” will debut. This system allows you to prepare high-quality coffee and soluble beverages such as ginseng, barley and tea, offering a wide range of options to meet everyone’s preferences. The heart of the Mauro Club system is represented by the new Demetra, the machine for extracting coffee in capsules, which operates at a pressure of 20 bar and allows you to prepare creamy and aromatic espresso, capable of satisfying even the most refined tastes of coffee lovers.
The new catalogue for the Home segment will instead feature the “Mediterranean Emotion” pay-off, presenting an innovative proposal on the shelf that embraces a wide range of blends capable of satisfying the tastes and sensory preferences of each consumer. An offer of products that is divided into all sizes, from the classic ground to the grains, to the pod line and the various portioning systems. The key visual, characterised by a highly emotional and evocative graphic design, draws on the values and symbols of the Mediterranean, evoking firm elements of sociality and conviviality.”
