MINNEAPOLIS – Caribou Coffee makes the leap to mobile pay with its first mobile app. Caribou’s custom app provides guests with convenient mobile pay, and easy access to the Caribou Perks loyalty program which surprises guests with playful and personalized Perks based on guest preferences and behaviors. The app is available on iOS and Android.
The mobile pay feature allows Caribou Perks members to add funds and manage their account.
As one of the most exciting aspects of the app, mobile pay will improve guest experiences by making the payment portion of orders more swift and convenient.
“The mobile app has been a long-time coming, and we’re thrilled to introduce a technology solution that enhances our guests’ experience,” said Michele Vig, SVP of Marketing and Product.
“We focused on providing functionality that matters to our guests like mobile pay and perks account management, and added fun elements to surprise and delight.” The company plans to release updates to the app later in the year.
Caribou Coffee partnered with brand and technology company Modern Climate – another Minnesota based company – to create a custom mobile app that delivers a personalized experience designed to surprise and delight each guest.
