BEFORTE DEL CHIENTI (Macerata) – At PIR, International Professional Hospitality Fair, held in Moscow from today to 4th October, Nuova Simonelli will have a particularly significant presence.
As a leader in the field of professional espresso coffee machines, it wants to be even closer to the Russian market where numerous new channels mean coffee consumption is growing.
For over 15 years the Moscow Fair has been the reference event for the HoReCa sector throughout Russia and the CIS countries. This year Nuova Simonelli is participating with three different formats, in as many areas of the fair.
With its educational format open to Russian and international baristas Nuova Simonelli will be on the Main Business Stage in the Moscow Coffee and Tea Expo. Champions Gwilym Davies, Colin Harmon and Fritz Storm will participate in the last meeting of 2013 “Barista Educational”.
The most deserving student will win a place at the next “Barista Camp” in Tokyo (Japan), with Fritz Storm and Kentaro Maruiama.
In the stand of distributor Business Russia, HoReCa sector operators from all regions of the Russian Federation will take part in a basic training course for baristas. Teachers will be the baristas of the best coffee shops in Moscow and for this event the English world champion, Gwilym Davies and Irish champion Colin Harmon will recreate their “Signature Drink” used during recent world competitions for baristas.
An additional location will be managed by Nuova Simonelli to present Food & Beverage Managers of the best hotel chains with the latest “Fully Automatic” news.
