ATHENS, Greece – Preparations for the 11th HORECA 2016 are continuing at an intensive pace! The trade show will be held between the 12th and the 15th of February, 2016, at the Metropolitan EXPO exhibition center in Athens.
Fully aware of the role that HORECA has assumed within the wider tourism and food market, FORUM SA, the organizing company, continues to invest in improving its organizational infrastructure, upgrading its special events and attracting more targeted visitors.
The 11th HORECA 2016 marks a new era in cooperation with the exhibitors themselves and, with the support of the industry institutions and trade associations, has set a new course by setting new objectives and launching new initiatives.
The 11th HORECA is expected to break every record!
Several months before the grand opening of the 11th HORECA 2016—and despite the fact that the economic environment remains extremely liquid—the organizer, FORUM SA, achieved the impossible, as all 45,000 sq.m. of the exhibition area have already been exhausted, accommodating more than 500 exhibitors in total!
Making every possible effort, FORUM SA has secured the participation of a greater number of exhibitors in the 11th HORECA 2016, in relation to the previous trade show.
The Metropolitan EXPO—the largest exhibition center in the country—has indeed proven too “small” to meet the huge demand on behalf of the supply companies of the Hospitality and Foodservice industries wishing to be represented at the 11th HORECA 2016!
More than 250 hosted buyers at the 11th HORECA!
With the sole aim of further enhancing the international presence of its exhibitors, HORECA is already preparing an organized hosting program for selected foreign businessmen of the Hospitality and Foodservice industries, from the Balkans, the Middle East and South Africa.
For the first time ever in Greece, a trade show which is mainly addressed to the domestic market, will simultaneously implement such an extensive hosting program for international buyers, signaling a new era for HORECA!
Largest advertising expenditure ever!
Through an integrated media and communication program, HORECA 2016’s advertising campaign will exceed €500,000 and cover all advertising mediums while—combined with the implementation of innovative marketing and promotional actions—it will showcase its full dynamic by maximizing its commercial success and number of visitors.
Specifically, the trade show will be promoted via hundreds of TV commercials on all nation-wide television channels for more than three weeks, while more than 8,500 radio ads will be hit the air on a total of 35 radio stations, in 19 of the country’s prefectures.
At the same time, it will communicate the news of its 11th trade show in the most dynamic and effective way, via targeted online actions (newsletters, Google ads, social media), the sending out of more than 30,000 SMS messages, but also printed ads at the Industry’s Press.
