MILAN, Italy – MUMAC Academy took part to the second edition of the Vienna Coffee Festival and it was a big success. MUMAC Academy scheduled courses and training activities about coffee and sensorial analysis of espresso with Carlo Odello as trainer. Vienna Coffee Festival was also host of the Austrian Barista Championships organized by SCAE Austria. Disciplines held were “Barista”, “Latte Art”, “Brewers Cup” and “Cup Tasters”.
