FLORENCE, Italy – La Marzocco is announcing the launch of the Strada AV, the ultimate addition to the Strada line of high-end, professional-grade commercial machines, during the London Coffee Festival and Out of the Box, its signature off-site event.
At both locations, La Marzocco will be presenting the latest espresso technology designs, cross-industrial insights and specialty coffee blends from and with the local and international coffee community.
London Coffee Festival (7th-10th of April): La Marzocco will be running the annual True Artisan Café (stand #S02), an original “pop-up” rotating roaster coffee shop concept, this year hosting 32 coffee shops and some of the best baristas from Europe.
La Marzocco will also be displaying the Strada AV as well as showcasing eight national roasters at the brand new festival area, the Roasters Village, through a line-up of Linea Mini home machines. At The Lab, Thursday afternoon, team members will be sharing insightful views on La Marzocco and parallel cultures.
Out of the Box London (9th of April): Dedicated to its partners and coffee enthusiasts from around the globe, La Marzocco will be launching its destination event at Corbet Place, 15 Hanbury Street on Saturday.
For the very first time, La Marzocco will be exhibiting the design and performance of the Strada AV, 4th member of the Strada family.
Opening at 11 am, Out of the Box will be introducing the public to a rich agenda of product previews, Q&A panels, sensorial coffee experiences and special installations, including Modbar, a FIA Formula-E feature, an on-site La Marzocco Estore, and the distinctive European True Artisan Café and Grinder Wall.
Industry leaders will be holding interactive speeches on the importance of water, product idea and development, customization, trends and, last but not least, a panel on the future scenarios of specialty coffee.
From 7pm till late night, the event program will conclude in the OOTB Party with live music and entertainment.
Strada AV: Since the Street Team panel, the Strada model has always been evolving over time based on barista feedback.
