AMSTERDAM, Netherlands – Dutch bank ABN Amro Group NV on Wednesday reported lower first-quarter net profit due to volatile financial markets and regulatory costs.
Earnings from fees and commissions charged on transactions and other services fell 7 percent in the three months through March, the state-controlled Dutch lender said in a statement on Wednesday.
