After three thrilling days of around the clock play which involved the live streaming of images across the Internet from all corners of the globe and live transmissions by BBO and OurGame with voice and written commentary by the world’s best analysts it was Lavazza who emerged triumphant in the competition.

The concept of the tournament was to showcase bridge as a modern game, pure, using all the technology available to promote a dynamic image, and attract as much media attention as possible.
7 hours time difference on one side, 8 the other side, 15 in total and still the Yeh Online Bridge World Cup gathered altogether celebrities of the likes of Bill Gates, Mr Guo Jinlong (Communist Party Secretary of Beijing and executive chairman of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games of 2008), who was the host of the biggest World Mind Sports Games, and Lavazza’s vice president Giuseppe Lavazza.
