MILAN, Italy – Still one year and a half to go before the next edition of TUTTOFOOD, the event that will take place at Fieramilano from 6 to 9 May 2019, and over 250 Italian and international companies have already confirmed their presence, for over 11.000 m2 of space occupied. And many others are on the waiting list.

All the conditions are hinting that this international agro-food event will consolidate its role as Italy’s best. A record that Milan’s two-year food & beverage trade fair has achieved in just six editions, closing this year with impressive figures. The trade fair was visited by 80,146 certified professionals(+2.5%), 23% of which came from 141 countries and 2,850% exhibitors coming from Italy and non-European countries.

And the next edition is expected to be even richer in innovation. Starting from the renewed layout, in which Italian and international exhibitors will showcase their best products, to grow together while keeping their territorial identity strong, thanks to TUTTOREGIONAL and TUTTOWORLD.

It will also be an opportunity to learn more about a few sectors. That’s why we recommend not to miss the following areas: TUTTODRINK (Beverage and breakfast), TUTTOSEAFOOD, TUTTOFROZEN, TUTTOPASTA, and TUTTOBAKERY. The focus will be mainly on the authenticity and protection of brands and designation of origin.

The newcomer of TUTTOFOOD 2019 will be the International Excellence event. This project will further increase the level of international representatives by means of a careful selection of agrofood excellence. In fact, every sector will be represented by a guest country – Italy for pasta, France for cheese, Germany for fresh beers, and Spain for seafood products – in 8 “road to taste” areas.

But that’s not all! In fact, other activities will increase the presence of Italian and international buyers and professional operators coming from the

most dynamic markets. The shining stars of the next edition will be China, France, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, and the United States.

The partnerships that Fiera Milano has consolidated will make this event grow as an agrofood hub and develop Italy’s excellence, from hospitality to tourism, and agrifood.

We are referring in particular to the partnership with Netcomm, the Italian E-commerce Consortium, which has been confirmed until 2021 and includes the addition of a new initiative: the Netcomm Focus Food event, which aims at becoming a point of reference for the digital transformation and e-commerce for food and beverage companies.

The partnership between TUTTOFOOD and Seeds & Chips, the Global Food Innovation Summit focused on topics, such as the impact technologies have on supply chains, will be included in the event in 2019, while in 2018 it will take place at Fieramilanocity from 7 to 10 May 2018, simultaneously with Milano Food City. John Kerry, former Secretary of State of the United States, has already confirmed his presence.

Milano Food City, the week dedicated to quality food, will take place from 7 to 13 May and it will involve the entire city. TUTTOFOOD exhibitors will share their products with foodies, citizens, and tourists in numerous events, from tastings to cooking shows and events dedicated to families. In 2018, Milano Food City, the event resulting from TUTTOFOOD, will be included in the annual schedule of YESMILANO, thus receiving an additional boost.
