Segafredo Zanetti Austria awards the best espresso bars of Central Eastern Europe with a Quality Award.
To guarantee the highest quality standards of the authentic Italian espresso and cappuccino, all Segafredo Zanetti Espresso cafés of Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary took part to an independent mystery shopping test.
The aspects considered by the anonymous testers were numerous, from the quality of coffee specialties to staff competence and friendliness, from the overall appearance to the atmosphere.
The outcome was a real success: 36 out of 43 Segafredo Espresso cafés achieved an overall score above 80% and 24 of them received a Quality Award.
“We are very pleased by this excellent result,” says Florian Goldegg, Marketing Manager of Segafredo Zanetti CEE. “Our goal is to deliver coffee lovers a perfect coffee with an Italian life attitude”.
