The Coffee Club scoops gold in Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards

AUCKLAND, New Zealand — The Coffee Club has been recognised by New Zealand customers for going above and beyond expectations and delivering outstanding service, with a Gold Award in the 2019 Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards.

The 2019 awards recognise the best in quality service provided across a range of categories. The Coffee Club took top spot in the Coffee Shops & Cafés category.

“Providing the highest possible standard of customer service – along with good food and excellent coffee – is at the very heart of who we are and what we do,” says The Coffee Club Co-Director, Andy Lucas.

For the past 19 years, NZ Reader’s Digest has asked consumers which brands of products and services matter to them. The publication surveys a representative sample of 1411 New Zealanders on their most trusted brands in 65 categories across a wide range of industries.

The Coffee Club opened its first store in New Zealand in 2005, and has grown rapidly, since then, opening new stores all over New Zealand.
