LONDON, UK – Judged by a panel of industry figureheads, the fast-paced knockout battle format of Coffee Masters will see 20 baristas showcase their skills head-to-head across a broad range of disciplines. With a prize of £5000 on the bar, and the prestigious title of Coffee Master, the stakes are high.

In 2018, Poland’s Agnieszka Rojewska was crowned Coffee Master at The London Coffee Festival, making her the first ever female to take the title in London.

The search is on for the 2019 Coffee Master – the entries are in and soon the 20 finalist will come together at London Coffee Festival to battle it out to find who will be the next Coffee Master.

Coffee Masters has a long-standing history with great coffee, sourced in secret especially for the competition. This year the competition will be working with The Roasting Party: Coffee Masters’ brand new partner in crime. Presenting nine unique single origin coffees from across the globe, The Roasting Party’s “Party of Nine” will put baristas to the test.

In true TRP style, each coffee will take on a party persona as we enter a new era of Coffee Masters.

The London Coffee Festival takes place from March 28 – 31, 2019, at Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, in London.
