MILAN – Gruppo Carimali, based in Chignolo d’Isola (Bergamo, Italy), issued yesterday a short press release announcing the acquisition of coffee machine manufacturer Elektra, a family owned company based in Dosson di Casier (Treviso).
Elektra posted a revenue of EUR4.6 million in 2018. Financial details of the deal are undisclosed. Here follows the press release:
