“Our consumer classes are perfect for those who want to become coffee connoisseurs, roast their own coffee, or even just to order their favorite cup with confidence at any coffee shop,” said Founder and President Greg Ubert.

Participants will roast their own coffee on sample and production roasters. Instructors will discuss basic organic chemistry to describe the roasting curve. Each participant will leave with a bag of coffee they have roasted.
