RIGA, Latvia – BaltCap portfolio company Coffee Address Holding, a vending and coffee service company in the Baltics (operating under Coffee Address brand) will join forces with another vending operator in Latvia – SIA Kafe-Serviss.
“Latvia has a rapidly developing coffee service market. The same can be said about vending and with this transaction we will be able to better use opportunities provided by the current market situation.
Joining forces with Kafe-Serviss team will enable us to create considerably better product and service offering for our existing and future customers in Latvian market,” the board chairwoman of Coffee Address Holding Viktorija Meiksane said in a press release.
The transaction is pending approval of the Competition Council of the Republic of Latvia.
The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
Coffee Address Holding is owned by private equity company BaltCap.
