SCARPERIA, Italy — La Marzocco is excited to have participated in Paris’ unprecedented Café Festival and Expo last weekend at the “Le Centquatre” venue, sponsoring the Roaster Village with a lineup of quality espresso equipment curated by over a dozen coffee brands.
Whether on the pioneering KB90 with Straight In technology, on the iconic La Marzocco Home machine or on the innovative undercounter Modbar system, visitors enjoyed experiencing artisan coffee served from local and international roasters – such as Climpson&Sons, Coutume, Cup A Lot, Da Zavola, Fève, Five Elephant, Gram Gram, Hexagone, High Five, KB Roasters, Lomi, Mick, Mokxa, Placid, Primavera Coffee Importers and Round Hill Roastery – for three days in a row.
Café Festival and Expo is France’s first specialty-coffee-dedicated festival designed to engage with both professionals and the general public.
Around 5000 participants made it to this happening at the capital’s city center, affirming the evergrowing importance of the caffeinated ritual – with coffee being the second most consumed drink in the nation.
