LONDON – On Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd of April Rancilio Group invites to a special event organized in occasion of A History of Coffee podcast second series – which will drop on April 17th on Spotify and Apple Podcast. The podcast new series was developed with free editorial content offered by Rancilio and is hosted by documentary maker and creator of the Filter Stories coffee podcast James Harper, and Professor Jonathan Morris, professional historian and author of Coffee: A Global History.

James Harper and Professor Jonathan Morris navigate through the story of how a tiny psychoactive seed changed the world and shapes our lives today. Coffee Shops, Haiti’s colonialism and revolution, American coffee and the origins of Italy’s revered espresso culture are narrated through four immersive episodes dedicated to all coffee enthusiasts.
The authors are ready to give a first exclusive glimpse of this thrilling new series created in collaboration with Rancilio on The Lab stage at this year’s London Coffee Festival with The Dark Days of Espresso live event. The event celebrates A History of Coffee podcast second series and features a short version of the episode on Italian espresso culture in three unmissable appointments.
