RIMINI, Italy – The next edition of AB TECH EXPO – the International Exhibition of Technology & Products For Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery – will be an appointment with the new story of bakery: as well as all the large brands of the bread product chain, the expo will also highlight the impulse and the result of the unity found between all the sector´s Associations.
Right from the first meeting, recently held at Rimini Fiera, all the members stressed the value of networking and sharing plans, in the interest of the bakery trade and therefore of its enterprises and members.
As well as a complete overview of products, services and technologies, from January 21st to 25th 2017, the halls at AB TECH EXPO will therefore feature an ample program of initiatives and events that the newly formed board will present. The aim is to share and strengthen this platform, useful for the development of Italian bakery worldwide.
The trade board is made up of: Aibi-Assitol, Assipan, Fippa, Italmopa, Richemont Club, Sipan, the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, as well as Rimini Fiera, of course.
There´s agreement on the opportunity of joining forces to face future challenges together, with precise aims:
- promoting effective consumer communication to have Italian artisan bakery acknowledged as synonymous with quality and physical wellness;
- highlighting bakers´ professionalism, attracting youngsters to this activity; insisting on the pursuing unity of purpose between trade members;
- working to spread a modern enterprise culture; sharing new business models; spreading industrial innovation and developing international business.
The bakery sector is also going through a phase of great change and the leading trade fair – AB TECH EXPO . along with all the partners, is the ideal platform for facing new challenges together and seizing new opportunities.
In the coming weeks there will be a presentation of the program of events realized by all the trade partners and promoted by Rimini Fiera.
