FLORENCE, Italy – April 5th through 7th Producer and Roaster Forum goes online and Accademia del Caffè Espresso, La Marzocco’s cultural and research center, is glad to sponsor the first virtual edition of the event. The Producer and Roaster Forum brings together producers and roasters to exchange knowledge, forge relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
Accademia del Caffè Espresso will be present with a virtual booth and a varied schedule of panel discussions. On April, 6th at 11am Central American Time (7pm CEST) Massimo Battaglia, Coffee Research Leader, will present Accademia’s research and recent initiatives in the panel discussion “Understanding Coffee Through Research and Interactions with Origins”.
