Accademia del Caffè Espresso hosts Jordan Michelman for the presentation of “But First, Coffee”
The cofounders of Sprudge, Jordan Michelman and Zachary Carlsen, recently published their second book, “But First, Coffee”, which explores the variety of ways a bag of coffee can be used at home.
The book offers both classic and innovative recipes, including brewing methods, cocktails, and desserts. Whether in the bar or the kitchen, it presents coffee as an ingredient that everybody can incorporate into their lives. The authors invite readers to try something new and hope to inspire curiosity and enthusiasm around coffee.
Thursday, February 22nd, Accademia hosts Jordan Michelman for the presentation of “But First, Coffee”, where he will discuss all the book has to offer with room for questions from participants.
This will be followed by a tasting of three of the special coffee recipes from the book and a light lunch. Participants also have the option to tour Accademia afterwards, if they wish.
This event will be a fun way to learn about the new book, interact with the author himself, and try some of the drinks present in the book.
