MILAN – Dar es Salaam, Tanzania’s largest city, is playing host to the 14th African Fine Coffee Conference and Exhibition. Taking place from Wednesday 3rd to Friday 5th February 2016 at the Landmark Conference and Exhibition Centre, Mbezi, the event is Africa’s largest coffee trade platform and brings over 2000 regional and international coffee roasters, traders, producers, professionals and connoisseurs per day under one roof.
This year’s conference will focus on the Topic “Research and Innovation”. The gathering has a prestigious line-up of international and regional internationally acclaimed speakers including the Executive Director of the International Coffee Organization Robério Oliveira Silva, Adolph Kumburu (Director General, Tanzania Coffee Board), Dr. Timothy Schilling (Executive Director, World Coffee Research, WCR), Judith Ganes (Founder and president of J. Ganes Consulting, LLC).
As always with every AFCA conference, there is a full program of social activities including spouse programs, Coffee Field Visits and recreational activities.
