DALLAS, Texas – Ampersand, a Fort Worth coffee brand, is introducing advanced robotics to enhance the coffee experience at Dallas Fort Worth Airport’s Terminal C. In collaboration with RobotLAB and Hestia Robotics, the company launched a robotic coffee kiosk and plans to offer autonomous coffee delivery to gates by 2026 as reported by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Despite opening its DFW Airport location just a year ago, Ampersand has already gained significant support, surpassing major competitors like Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts.
However, the first robotic kiosk, named Gizmo, made its debut on April 7. It now offers 27 signature drinks, including coffee, matcha, and tea with flavors like snickerdoodle, vanilla, honey, and coconut.
Customers can order and pay via a touchscreen, and Gizmo prepares drinks, delivering them through secure pickup windows accessible with a QR code.
