MILAN – Arabica coffee futures rose further on Thursday hitting a 14-month intraday peak. The benchmark contract for September delivery posted a 0.8 percent increase to close at 146.65 cents per pound after touching a high of 147.90 cents, the highest since April 2015.
Robusta coffee futures in London settled US$5 lower at US$1,717 after having reached a three-week peak of US$1,740.
