LUXEMBOURG – The Lavazza Group and IVS Partecipazioni, the majority shareholder of IVS Group S.A., are promoting a voluntary tender offer on IVS Group S.A. shares aimed at the delisting of the shares.
Founded in 1971 as Bergamo Distributori, IVS Group S.A. is the leading vending operator in Italy and second in the European Union. The group is today active in seven European countries with a network of 128 branches and around 4,500 employees.
IVS Group S.A.’s shares are listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment.
The voluntary tender offer has been launched by a newly incorporated Luxembourg company (Grey S.à r.l.). The consideration for the tender offer is EUR 7.15 per share tendered to the offer.

The completion of the transaction is subject to receipt of necessary regulatory approvals.
