PEABODY, MA, USA – Atomic Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee company based on Boston’s North Shore, announces its 2024 collaboration with the New England Mountain Bike Association, a local non-profit and community of mountain bikers committed to creating epic riding experiences, preserving open space, and guiding the future of mountain biking in New England.

Together, they proudly introduce “Singletrack,” a special coffee blend aimed at supporting that commitment.

“Singletrack” refers to a narrow trail that is typically only wide enough for one rider at a time. They often feature technical challenges like twists, turns, rocks, and roots, obstacles that New England mountain bikers are far too familiar with. Crafted from a special blend of coffees sourced from Ethiopia, Honduras, and Guatemala, this medium roast boasts inviting notes of brown butter, caramelized sugar, and walnuts.

However, what sets “Singletrack” apart is its mission. With every purchase of this specially crafted blend, Atomic Coffee Roasters will donate $2 to NEMBA, whose mission is to promote the best that mountain biking has to offer, steward the trail systems where we recreate, and ensure access to open space.

“Our collaboration with NEMBA just feels like a natural partnership for us,” said Spencer, VP of Operations at Atomic Coffee Roasters. “Atomic has some longstanding roots in the cycling community, and I’ve personally been riding for 10 years. We’re lucky to have some great local trails to ride in our area thanks to NEMBA!”

NEMBA represents over 10,000 members, with 35 Chapters across 6 states throughout New England. As a 501c3 non-profit, our mission is to promote responsible mountain biking and to protect and preserve New England trails and open spaces. Each year NEMBA volunteers lead over a thousand recreational rides, organize hundreds of trail care events, and host a dozen mountain bike festivals across New England.

“For over three decades, the New England Mountain Bike Association has been building community throughout New England while advocating for the sport we love,” said Mick Ferraro, Director of Outreach at NEMBA. “Our long term success could not have been achieved without support from partners like Atomic. Their shared commitment to our regional community, love for outdoor recreation… and, of course, love of bikes, makes

Singletrack a perfect collaboration. We’re incredibly grateful for this opportunity to partner with Atomic and for their support of our organization!”

“Singletrack” will be available for purchase on Atomic’s website, DrinkAtomic.com, and at select cafes and markets throughout New England this spring.
