Event organisers have announced the 2015 Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE2015) will take place from 13 – 15 March 2015.
Once again, MICE will take place at the Melbourne Showgrounds in Victoria.
The event has been brought forward to the month of March to accommodate the World Barista Championship, taking place in Seattle, Washington from 9 – 12 April.
March is one of the best times of the year to visit Melbourne. The weather is great with many sporting and food events making the city an attractive place for international and national visitors alike.
MICE Show Director Clint Hendry has also announced the 2015 expo will run for three days. “As a result of exhibitor feedback, MICE has been scaled back to its original format of three days.
It will be an action-packed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The show will still operate with two trade days and the final day open to the public.”
More than 35 per cent of 2014 MICE exhibitors have renewed their space for 2015, even before the official prospectus has been released. Many have requested larger sites.
Event Organisers are working through space requests and will open up remaining available space to the waiting list in the next month.
Those wishing to secure a prime position in the Grand Pavilion are urged to contact event organisers to get their name on the waiting list ASAP.
