Comunicaffè and Comunicaffè International took part to SCAE’s first autumn field trip to Brazil, in the Cerrado/ Sul de Minas region, from 20 to 27 September. Organised with BSCA (Brazil Speciality Coffee Association), the trip was primarily aimed at roasters and coffee importers.
SCAE Origin Field Trips take in the local culture and everyday life of the origin country, including breath-taking landscapes, exotic wildlife and their rich and diverse history.
The activities were divided between farm visits in the first four days and cupping sessions of amazing Brazilian coffees for the next couple of days, during the International Coffee Week.
This is the third in a series of three videos with some of the awesome pictures we took during the trip.
The itinerary (see below) featured farm visits in the Sul de Minas coffee region, finishing in Belo Horizonte at a major brazilian specialty coffee show, with some coffee cupping along the way.
