MILAN – Caffè Corsini, historical Arezzo-born roastery, leading company in the food and beverage market, which exports its products in more than 65 countries all over the world, will be present in Milan, from October 20 to October 24, at Host international fair, Rho, pavillion 14, stand F32 – G31.
The booth, created by florentine architect Nicolò Bernardini, is inspired by the 50’s, with a meaningful motto, “Back to the future”, which reminds the company’s birthdate.
The blend Riserva del Dottor Corsini, composed of solely selected arabicas, is dedicated exclusively to the Horeca market, it will run head to head next to some of the bestsellers of this market, like Elite and Estrella del Caribe.
This new offer, made up of coffees coming from Brazil, Ethiopia and Honduras, is the result of a direct relationship with the producers from the origin countries, relationships that allows the roastery to have an even more accurate quality control from the fruit all the way to the cup.
At Corsini’s booth, moreover, all of the products from the three brands of the company, Caffè Corsini, Compagnia dell’Arabica and the latest arrival Ditta Artigianale, which is dedicated to freshly roasted coffees, will be available for tasting.
They won’t only be served in espresso mode, but also following the brewing bar method, basically an infusion, with v60, syphon or aeropress thanks to the collaboration with the most important brands dedicated to these new extraction and processing techniques – which are becoming increasingly popular in Italy too – like Hario (leading japanese company, with an offer of more than 200 products), Brewista, El Comandante, Fellow and Acaia, for which Caffè Corsini is the exclusive distributor in Italy.
The 50’s are also the source of inspiration for the new logo of the company which will make its debut at Host as well: the company’s birthdate is even more highlighted while the name and the strip have been redesigned in a more harmonious way, in order to give it a clear and edgy look. The new logo will make its way over the new one-kilo bag Bar Corsini’s selection, both Elite and Special.
About Caffè Corsini
Caffè Corsini, established in Arezzo in 1950 by Corsino Corsini, turned from a small artisanal coffee laboratory into one of the most important italian roasteries in the world, being sold in all of the major chains of department stores.
Coffee beans are individually selected, through trips dedicated to the search of pure blends, in order to bring to the table and into the cup a taste which is not only the result of numbers and machines, but also of faces, aromas, cultures of different territories.
Moreover, Caffè Corsini is devoted to the safeguard of the production territories, of the environment and of the local populations who work with coffee.
From the Caffè Corsini line, to the Compagnia dell”Arabica one, the products fulfill any potential consumer’s desire, from coffee beans to ground coffee, from pods to american coffee, from barley to the coffees coming from biological agricultures, from the ginseng-scented coffee to the tea line.
Furthermore, Caffè Corsini entered the single-use market (pods and capsules), with products that are compatible with all of the extraction systems and with coffee machines from the biggest brands, an ever-growing market.
